Salmonderful tartare and sweet potato fries

200g of raw SalmOnderful

4 sweet potatoes

1 lime

2 bunches of spring onions

2 teaspoons of capers

1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds

1/2 teaspoon of coriander seeds

6 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of white miso

1/2 bunch of dill

2 red meat or green meat turnips



  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries.
  2. Fry them in oil, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
  3. Meanwhile, dice the SalmOnderful OLALA! and the peeled turnip.
  4. Put them in a salad bowl, add the spices, the minced onion, capers, chopped dill, miso, and oil.
  5. Mix, and add salt to your taste.
