TOramazing blinis

80g flour
8g baking powder
200ml cream
1 egg
1 pinch of salt


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together with a whisk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
  2. Strain and place the bowl in a cool place for about an hour.
  3. After the resting time, heat a pan.
  4. Pour spoonfuls of batter into the pan and when small holes appear, turn the blini over with a spatula.
  5. Continue cooking for a few moments and so on.
