TunaliciOus roll

125g of crumbles of TunaliciOus
125g of cream cheese or thick yogurt
1 shallot
Juice and zest of one lime
A few sprigs of chives
A few sprigs of parsley
4 pickles
Salt and pepper
2 brioche buns (lobster roll type)
1 knob of butter
A few pickles of your choice
A few herbs of your choice


  1. In a medium bowl or salad bowl, mix cream cheese with TunaliciOus.
  2. Finely chop the shallot.
  3. Zest and squeeze lemon juice.
  4. Chop the chives and parsley.
  5. Slice the pickles.
  6. Mix with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Slice the buns lengthwise without going all the way through.
  8. In a pan, melt butter and brown each side of the buns for a few minutes.
  9. When the buns are well colored, garnish them with the mixture.
  10. Decorate with pickles and sprigs of herbs.
