Tunalicious and ginger salad

200g of raw TunaliciOus

5 yellow carrots

1/2 celery

3 stalks of celeriac

2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds

6 tablespoons of olive oil

12 basil leaves

1 big spoon of mustard

1 piece of fresh ginger

6 pieces of candied ginger

1 tablespoon of white miso

1 orange


Espelette pepper


  1. Peel the carrots and the celery.
  2. Grate them, then place them in a bowl.
  3. Peel the ginger, grate it, and add it to the vegetables.
  4. Cut the raw TunaliciOus OLALA! into cubes, add it, and season the salad with all the ingredients.
  5. Grate the orange zest over the mixture at the end.
  6. Add salt and Espelette pepper to your taste.
